Innovating Value Monthly Roundtable

Join fellow IRI members each month for a roundtable discussion on fueling the innovation pipeline and maximizing returns on innovation investments. This is an opportunity to benchmark and discuss shared challenges. Don’t worry if you feel you don’t have anything to contribute right now; eventually you will! Here is a rundown of what we will cover this quarter:

1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. Different topic each month:
   1. April 9: Do you use a vitality index to measure innovation success? How do you combine it with other metrics for a more complete view? 
   2. May: No roundtables. We look forward to seeing you at the Innovators Summit!
   3. June 11: How is R&D evolving to address supply chain challenges and uncertainty? What strategies and tools are helping you balance transparency demands without adding extra burden? 
   4. July 9: What frameworks do you use to assess and manage innovation investments differently from new product development? What strategies help leadership recognize the need for distinct approaches and measures from Horizon 1 to Horizon 3? 
3. Helping hands:  What is a recent win you’ve had?  (No win is too small!)
