Innovating Value Monthly Roundtable

Join fellow IRI members each month for a roundtable discussion on fueling the innovation pipeline and maximizing returns on innovation investments. This is an opportunity to benchmark and discuss shared challenges. Don’t worry if you feel you don’t have anything to contribute right now; eventually you will! Here is a rundown of what we will cover this quarter:

1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. Different topic each month:
   1. August 13: How are you planning for the impacts on funding cuts to universities? What can you do now—with your team and with your academic partners—to stay ahead of the disruption?
   2. September 10: Is your portfolio management software delivering the insights you actually need to make better decisions? What data has proven most useful—and how are you using it to drive action? 
   3. October 15: How should we be thinking about incorporating AI considerations into innovation management processes?  
3. Helping hands:  What is a recent win you’ve had?  (No win is too small!)
