Join your peers each month for a roundtable discussion on digitalization and the use of AI in your organizations.  Here is a rundown of what we will cover this summer:

1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. AI update:  What’s the latest with the use of AI in your organization?
3. Different topic each month:
   1. June:  Data governance: How do we know what data should be kept?  How do we manage data in an era of plug ins and interconnectivity?
   2. July:  Democratizing AI: What are the relatively mature no code AI/ML tools on the market for industry? What are the tools that ‘lay people’ will be using frequently in the future? How are you working with staff to implement these new tools given the pace of change?   
   3. August:  Calculating ROI:  What metrics do you use for evaluating tools that you’ve rolled out?  How does ROI (Risk of Inaction) factor into your decision making?
4. Helping hands:  What tools and tricks have you come across that may help others?
