This is a space to benchmark with peers, troubleshoot real challenges, and explore how others are turning open innovation from a buzzword into a value-generating process.
- Q&A: What are your current challenges? What can your peers help you with?
- Different topic each month:
- April 15: How can your organization engage with startups in ways that strengthen open innovation partnerships? We will discuss the insights from this report: When Goliath Needs David: How Corporations and Startups are Redefining Corporate Venturing.
- May 20: How can your organization ask the right early questions to external partners without crossing into proprietary territory? Together, we’ll tackle this question in a collaborative group problem-solving exercise designed to generate actionable solutions.
- June 17: How can your organization adapt its approach to open innovation partners based on their goals and motivations? We will discuss the insights from this article: Why Firms Need to Manage Their Innovation Partners Based on Their Motivation.
- Helping hands: Tech needs and leads
Whether you’re scaling an existing program or just starting to build one, you’ll leave with new insights and tested ideas from across the IRI network.
