Addressing this challenge requires establishing metrics for Horizons 2 and 3, which focuses on medium- and long-term innovation goals while recognizing the importance of nonfinancial metrics in evaluating the true impact of any R&D investment. Additionally, fostering cross-functional collaboration is essential to effectively adopt and scale new technologies while ensuring a comprehensive and sustainable innovation strategy.
