Join fellow IRI members each month for a roundtable discussion on sustainability and innovation. This is an opportunity to benchmark and discuss shared challenges. Don’t worry if you feel you don’t have anything to contribute right now; eventually you will! Here is a rundown of what we will cover this quarter:

Agenda:

1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. Different topic each month: 
   1. August 22: How are you moving beyond surface-level efforts to truly integrate sustainability into your company’s operations and culture? What’s working, what isn’t, and how are you engaging employees along the way?
   2. September 26: Who or what are you benchmarking against to assess your company’s sustainability performance—and how are you selecting the right peers or metrics? What benchmarks, metrics, or comparisons are helping you measure progress and push for more? 
   3. October 24: What external forces—regulations, customers, competitors, or employees—are shaping your company’s sustainability direction? How are you turning that outside pressure into internal action?
   4. November 21: What would a future-ready reverse supply chain look like —and what’s standing in the way? How are you screening new suppliers to meet your sustainability goals, and what does that process look like today? 
3. Helping hands:  What are you hearing may be regulated next?
