Join fellow IRI members each month for a roundtable discussion on sustainability and innovation. This is an opportunity to benchmark and discuss shared challenges. 1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. Different topic each month:
   1. January: What should you do when you can produce a more sustainable product, but customers aren’t interested? Should you push demand or wait for interest to emerge? 
   2. February: How are you supporting and attracting recent graduates interested in sustainability careers? What continuing education opportunities are you providing to keep your workforce competitive in this evolving field? 
   3. March: How are you equipping design engineers with effective, accessible tools for sustainability-focused decision-making? What strategies and platforms are best for sharing life cycle assessment (LCA) data across suppliers, customers, and partners?
