How to Time Technological Innovations Right

Dirk Primus, an associate professor of management at Bryant University, will present strategic guiding principles practitioners can use to optimize their entry timing decisions.

In an RTM Lunch & Learn on Friday, October 7, 12 pm EST, Dirk will discuss optimal timing within the window of opportunity and “the pioneer’s curse.” He will talk about a visual template practitioners can use to evaluate and manage entry timing decisions effectively and share his six strategic guiding principles. He will also answer participants’ questions.

Lunch & Learn registrants will receive a copy of Dirk’s paper, “Beyond Evading Lockout and the ‘Pioneer’s Curse’:A Practical Guide to Optimal Timing of Entry for Technological Innovations Inside the Window of Opportunity.” His paper was published in RTM Volume 65, Issue 4.
