Lam Research Receives IRI Excellence Award for Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Lam Research Receives IRI Excellence Award for Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
 
Washington, D.C. – The Innovation Research Interchange, a division of the National Association of Manufacturers that helps companies customize, implement and scale impactful innovation for bottom-line results and top-line growth, recognized Lam Research as the recipient of the 2023 IRI Excellence Award for Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The award recognizes companies that have demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion and have implemented robust programs to support these values.
 
“IRI made a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within innovation because our research dating back more than 10 years has shown that diverse innovation teams outperform nondiverse teams. I am happy to present the inaugural IRI Excellence Award for Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to Lam Research,” said Lee Green, assistant vice president, strategic communities at IRI.
