IRI Announce New Leadership Transition
 
 Washington, D.C. – The Innovation Research Interchange, a division of the National Association of Manufacturers that helps companies customize, implement, and scale innovation for bottom-line results and top-line growth, would like to announce that Paul Hartgen, CAE was appointed as the new Executive Director of IRI by NAM leadership.  Prior to leading IRI, Paul served as Vice President of Member Programs for the NAM and has been at the forefront of building the NAM’s industry-leading resources for manufacturers, including engineering the acquisition of the Manufacturing Leadership Council, the NAM’s digital transformation division.  Paul will assume all day-to-day management of IRI and is striving to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among IRI members while working to deliver high-quality content and services that meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing sector.  Paul’s prior experience includes serving as the President and CEO for the Nevada Restaurant Association, where he was hired to relaunch the trade association for the restaurant industry in Las Vegas. He also led industry associations through rebrands and transformations. 

We’re excited for IRI’s future under Paul’s leadership.   Winning through innovation requires a continuous focus on the horizon, anticipating and catalyzing the changes that deliver ever-improving performance. Over the decades, this has been part of the story of the Innovation Research Interchange’s evolution—and why many of us are so proud to contribute to IRI’s future and growth.
