Innovation, Open Innovation and Contests
This in-depth, virtual workshop is intended for anyone who is interested in Open Innovation (OI) and wants to learn how to implement an effective OI program. It is intended for individuals and organizations that are looking to supplement their internal activities with an Open Innovation program that involves interacting with other companies, universities, federal laboratories, and open innovation intermediaries. The workshop teaches how to use a Want-Find-Assess-Get-Manage approach to implementing an efficient and effective Open Innovation program within your company or organization. It builds upon the instructor’s decades of experience as a technology scout and an external technology leader.
IRI members can earn a certificate of completion by completing this workshop and a short follow-on activity that highlights how they plan to apply their learning.
