Parikshit Naik

Commercial Director

The Advanced Services Group

Parikshit Naik is the Commercial Director at The Advanced Services Group, a role he has held since September 2023. In this position, he is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing sales performance, driving commercial growth, and accelerating sales across three service offerings. His work includes designing and commercializing new propositions and building client relations in strategic markets. Previously, he served as a Business Development Manager at the same organization, where he specialized in understanding the changing needs of manufacturing businesses, designing consulting projects, and developing new leads for service-led business models.

Before joining the business development team, Parikshit was a Research Associate, where he developed business, revenue, and contract models for the Innovate UK project titled Next Generation Rice Milling. Additionally, he has been associated with Aston University as a Visiting Industrial Fellow and a Teaching Assistant, engaging in student activities and module development.

Parikshit holds a Ph.D. in Management from Aston Business School, where he researched the goal-oriented use of IoT in servitization from an affordance theory perspective, and an MSc in Business Strategy and Innovation Management from the University of Southampton, where he graduated with distinction.
