Lee Green is assistant vice president, strategic communities at the Innovation Research Interchange, a division of the National Association of Manufacturers.  She has over 15 years of experience developing and overseeing research programs and communities of practice for associations and government entities. She has run initiatives on digitalization, machine learning, recruiting and retaining early career technical talent, and a foresight exercise on the future of research and development.  She is currently launching initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion and sustainability, focusing on real world examples and interactions with thought leaders.  Lee has an MA in international studies from the University of Reading (UK) and a BA in political science and international relations from the University of Toledo.  

Jamie Pero Parker, Ph.D. is the sustainability sector lead for RTI Innovation Advisor, an innovation consultancy housed within RTI International, a global not-for-profit research institute.  Jamie has been with RTI Innovation Advisors for 15 years and has advised many of the world’s leading companies on circular plastics, sustainable packaging, green chemistry, and the emerging circular economy.  She has also written about how sustainability changes the innovation process and has collaborated or supported various consortiums in the space.
