Between 2016 and 2022, Dr. Faith McCreary, senior principal engineer at Intel, and I interviewed or surveyed over 500 people across more than 400 companies. Our goals were to identify how employees and their work were changing under digital transformation, understand challenges and strategies companies were using, identify key goals and metrics, and assess technology and infrastructure needs.
