Please find below the responses to this week’s IRI Community Forum Survey. Thank you to those who took the time to add their input!

If your team could improve one aspect of its IP search and analysis workflow, what would it be?
• More granular search and classification on subject matter, PCP and raw text search is too crude to be meaningful.
• Clunky interface – we use Google Patents to view patents instead of viewing them in Derwent
• Get more FTEs on patent search requests.
• More agentic workflows
• Make it more accessible to a broader cross-section of the R&D organization.
• Better visualizations with less effort. There is parity across all the platforms for visualization, but no one is really a standout in this space so I do a lot of chart creation in excel.
• Make it more user friendly.
