A: How do you align supply chain planning with real-world demand?

This survey explores how manufacturers are leveraging data and technology to better align supply chain plans with real-world demand. We are looking to understand how to improve our supply chain strategy so that it is more transparent, flexible, and tightly linked to demand and production. How do you link material requirements planning (MRP) with real-time or projected customer demand?(Open-ended)

  • We have a team focused on this within our Supply Chain organization with their own tools and processes.
  • Utilize the SFDC, SAP systems, daily internal communication, regular external communication with suppliers and customers.
