Co-innovation enables organizations to collaboratively develop innovative solutions by leveraging shared resources, expertise, and insights. The process follows distinct stages—co-discovery, co-development, co-deployment, co-delivery, and co-dissemination—that enable collaboration from ideation to implementation. Effective co-innovation strategies involve engaging diverse stakeholders, leveraging technology ecosystems, building trust, and balancing short and long-term goals.
