Stefano Magistretti is an assistant professor in agile innovation and design management at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. He also holds a senior research position in the LEADIN’ Lab, the Laboratory of Leadership, Design, and Innovation. Within the School of Management, he serves as the codirector for the Observatory Design Thinking for Business and Futures: Sense Making by System Thinking.
