Melissa Robertson

Melissa Robertson is Associate Director, Professional Development for the Innovation Research Interchange (IRI), a division of the National Association of Manufacturers, where she leads the strategy, development, and delivery of professional development programming that helps manufacturing innovation leaders learn, connect, and accelerate innovation.

Melissa brings nearly two decades of experience designing leadership development programs, translating complex ideas into practical learning experiences, and connecting people, ideas, and action. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives and subject matter experts across associations, higher education, corporate, government, military, museum, and nonprofit organizations to create programs that inspire collaboration and drive meaningful outcomes.

Melissa earned a B.A. in Communication from the University of Kentucky and an M.A. in Communication from George Mason University.
