Lindsey Karpowich

Lindsey Karpowich is an Innovation Excellence Leader at Qnity Electronics, where she develops the frameworks, practices, and capabilities that bring Qnity’s Innovation-Led Growth algorithm to life: working on the right problems that matter most to customers, working in the right ways to learn fast and adapt to changing needs, and maximizing impact through continuous improvement of people and processes.  She currently leads the creation of Product Development for Qnity (PDQ), a new product development framework designed to enable the next generation of semiconductor and electronics technologies by balancing technical rigor with speed and adaptability.

With nearly two decades of experience as a materials scientist and program manager, Lindsey bring deep technical expertise alongside a practical execution-oriented mindset. A self-described “recovering perfectionist,” she champions fit-for-purpose workflows that reflect the realities of innovation work: test, fail, learn, adapt. Passionate about building bridges between technology and business, Lindsey helps innovation teams develop a shared language to translate insights into impact for customers.
