Jonathan Welch

Jonathan Welch is VP of AI/ML at Albert, where he leads the AI systems behind Albert OS, the AI-native operating system for materials science. He has spent over a decade building enterprise machine learning systems across biometrics, computer vision, voice, and natural language, and now applies that experience to a harder problem: helping chemists get more out of every experiment. Jonathan holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard and has publications and patents spanning quantum computing and machine learning for voice, vision, and materials science.
