Eva Tuecke

Eva Tuecke is the co-founder of Altara, an AI company building the scientific intelligence platform for R&D through manufacturing. Prior to founding Altara, Eva studied computer science at Harvard and worked across both scientific research and industry. She conducted high energy particle physics research at Fermilab on a dark matter search, then went on to do large language model research at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab. In industry, she worked in software at SpaceX and at a hypergrowth AI startup. Altara is backed by Greylock and leadership from Google DeepMind, OpenAI, and AMD, and is working with customers across the advanced materials, semiconductor, chemical, and battery industries.
