Elizabeth Chen is an associate professor in the Department of Health Behavior at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She is also design thinking lead for Innovate Carolina, the university’s unit for innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development. She has more than a decade of experience as a teacher, public health practitioner, and researcher. She earned her PhD and MPH in the Department of Health Behavior at UNC Gillings. lizcchen@unc.edu
