Abdelmoula El Hadi

Abdelmoula El Hadi is Group Head of Innovation EMEA/APAC at Knauf Insulation, where he leads innovation initiatives that connect R&D, manufacturing, sustainability, and business strategy. He brings more than 15 years of experience across construction and automotive manufacturing, with a focus on innovation strategy, technology development, industrial transformation, and organizational change.

He is also the author of The Creativity Paradox, which explores how organizations can foster creativity and innovation while maintaining the structure and discipline needed for long-term performance. Abdelmoula holds an engineering degree in Automation Engineering from the École Marocaine des Sciences de l’Ingénieur, a master’s degree in Industrial Production Systems from Université de Bordeaux, and completed MBA Essentials at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
