Lee Green Appointed Executive Director of Innovation Research Interchange (IRI), Bringing Vision and Member-Centric Leadership 
 
 Washington, D.C. – The Innovation Research Interchange (IRI), a division of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), is proud to announce Lee Green as its new Executive Director. Lee’s appointment marks a continuation of dedicated leadership, having served IRI and its members throughout its integration with the NAM. IRI helps companies customize, implement, and scale innovation for bottom-line results and top-line growth. Lee’s passion for IRI’s members is the driving force behind a vision to build on IRI’s momentum and work collaboratively to advance innovation across industries. 

“My goal is to continue our growth and momentum, working hand-in-hand with our members to be a force for the advancement of innovation,” said Lee Green. “IRI’s strength lies in its vibrant community, and I am committed to ensuring our members remain at the heart of everything we do.” 
Lee’s career spans over a decade of expertise in the innovation sector, with a specialized focus on innovation culture, sustainability, and digital transformation. As Assistant Vice President of Strategic Communities at the NAM, Lee has amplified the organization’s voice in the global innovation conversation and forged strategic partnerships to support the organization’s mission.
