Join IRI for a conversation with innovation leaders Colin Scott, Nicole Mignacca, and Ellie Kim from Innventure (NASDAQ: INV), a technology commercialization platform that collaborates with companies to bring valuable technologies to market. Through their “due diligence on steroids” approach, they work closely with multinational corporations, channel partners, and innovation networks to unlock authenticated market data on each opportunity, examining criteria for mitigating risk and accelerating success. The result? For selected opportunities, Innventure builds new companies—handling everything from initial founding and funding to operations by bringing on teams with deep industry expertise. This external pathway creates shared value from innovations without requiring additional corporate resources. Corporations often gain access to capabilities that support their core business strategy, without the distraction of developing these technologies internally themselves.
This webinar serves as a valuable introduction to Nicole and Ellie’s upcoming workshop at the IRI Summit. R&D leaders, innovation directors, and technology commercialization professionals will gain insights into a disciplined approach that maximizes the potential for value creation. Discover how this “Launch It Forward” model transforms innovation strategy through precise selection and entrepreneurial execution. The team will reveal how Innventure’s systematic analysis, DownSelect®, is after one goal: finding the next Innventure Company to found, fund, and operate.
