Shaping Innovation Leaders Info Session: Alumni Perspectives

Discover how accomplished innovation and R&D professionals leveraged IRI’s Shaping Innovation Leaders (SIL) to gain critical business knowledge and leadership skills to stay ahead in today’s fast-moving global business landscape. 

During this session, you will hear directly from SIL alumni who will share their program experiences, takeaways, and the impact it has had on their professional journeys. This session provides an opportunity to ask them questions and better understand the value of the program from the point of view of participants who have completed it. 

Shaping Innovation Leaders (SIL) is IRI’s premier executive management program in partnership with Northwestern University’s highly ranked Kellogg School of Management that delivers the management skills, concepts, and tools that R&D managers and directors need to make more effective strategic decisions and become more confident business decision-makers and communicators.
