In this 2-hour workshop, you will explore ways to turn long-term strategy into near-term results, ensuring that your efforts are focused on tackling the right challenges. You will be able to align your teams around shared goals, identify quick actions to take, and reduce the time to success.

This session will help you:

  • Understand what strategy activation is and why it is important.
  • Explore real-world examples of companies that have applied strategy activation and how it helped them transform their business.
  • Learn how to implement this operating model through a practical, hands-on activity.
  • Discuss impact and clearly articulate key takeaways of strategy activation.

Who should take this workshop?

This workshop is designed for innovation and R&D practitioners who contribute to shaping and executing strategic initiatives within their teams and departments. It is ideal for professionals interested in translating strategic goals into actionable plans and fostering cross-functional alignment. Colleen Murray

Jump Associates

Colleen works with executives through large-scale transformations: reinventing businesses and unlocking new markets. Her experience has crossed a number of industries, including consumer electronics, digital entertainment, consumer packaged goods, and office environments. As a strategic planner, Colleen has helped Jump chart new territory in developing proprietary methods for Opportunity Mapping and Scenario Planning. Colleen has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where she taught students how to plan design research. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Design Planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois.
