The Fast Eating the Slow: Lean Innovation in Large Enterprises
The pace of competition has changed. Today’s organizations face pressure not only to innovate, but also to do it quickly. That’s why every organization should master the principles of lean innovation. The first event in our 2021-2022 Innovation Leaders Speaker Series features Carl Fraik, 35 year veteran of Procter & Gamble, and adjunct faculty member at Fox in the innovation management and entrepreneurship program. Newly retired, he most recently served as Senior Director, Product Supply and Open Innovation at Procter & Gamble Ventures, an internal startup studio that helps consumer packaged goods entrepreneurs build their brands and businesses. Also joining the event will be Karen Hershenson, Innovation Director at GrowthWorks, P&G’s initiative to bring lean innovation to scale at the company.
