Join fellow IRI members each month for a roundtable discussion on how digitalization and AI can help to drive innovation. This is an opportunity to benchmark and discuss shared challenges. 1. Q&A:  What are your current challenges?  What can your peers help you with?
2. AI update:  What’s the latest with the use of AI in your organization?
3. Different topic each month:
   1. October 17: How are you adjusting job descriptions and hiring practices to reflect the growing importance of AI skills? Are your existing teams ready to support and integrate new talent with those capabilities—or are there gaps to address?  
   2. November 14: What’s the best way to structure your organization to get the most out of AI—centralized, federated, or embedded? How are you aligning teams and priorities to make AI work across the business? 
4. Helping hands:  What tools are you evaluating right now?
