Session Topics

September 18, 2026 — AI as a Teammate

How can you build the right level of trust in AI while keeping human judgment, collaboration, and relationship-building at the center? What practices are helping us use AI as a helpful source—not the sole source—and where are new guardrails or habits needed as AI becomes more integrated into daily work? We’ll use this discussion to surface practical examples, shared challenges, and useful ideas for keeping AI adoption both effective and human-centered.

October 16, 2026 — Too Fast, Too Slow, or Just Right? Navigating AI Adoption

Where are you seeing tension between moving too quickly and moving too slowly on AI adoption in your organization? How can you help bridge the gap between AI advocates and skeptics across functions, levels, and technical backgrounds? What would it take for you to build trust, set realistic expectations, and create the conditions for AI adoption that is both responsible and ambitious? In this session, members will share how they are navigating these tensions and what practical steps you are taking to move AI adoption forward with both confidence and care.

November 20, 2026 — Trust, Transparency, and AI-Enabled Communication

As AI becomes a more common part of workplace communication, what can you put in place to preserve trust, transparency, and authentic connection? How should your teams signal when AI has been used, while still encouraging creativity, efficiency, and thoughtful human judgment? What norms, guardrails, or shared practices would help your organization use AI in ways that strengthen communication rather than make it feel less personal or credible? In this session, members will share practical approaches for setting expectations, creating clarity, and preserving authentic communication as AI becomes part of everyday work.
