Organizing for Foresight Capability in Visionary Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

This article examines how an enterprise can develop foresight capabilities by structuring itself both organizationally and culturally. It focuses on a single case study that illustrates the implementation of foresight in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with limited resources. We offer practical guidelines for fostering the internal development of foresight as a capability, while also contributing to the literature on the applicability of foresight in SMEs.
