We are looking to better understand how you are preparing your teams for a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by digitalization and AI. This short survey explores how companies are identifying emerging skill needs, approaching education and training, and planning for the future workforce.

How do you approach building space to develop skills or knowledge that you “don’t yet know you need” in your team or organization? [Open-ended]:

• Benchmarking; Discussions of what could be possible in strategic planning
• We typically rely on the front-runner employees who identify new areas of interest and then identify how to expand (training, target roles).
• Nothing is organized to bring in the skills for the unorganized needs.
• We are constantly on the lookout, using various sources (including IRI), for new approaches to leveraging AI and digitalization technologies for R&D.
