A: What do your company’s upskilling and professional development efforts look like? (Part 1 of 2)

IRI is doing a study on current upskilling and professional development practices, aiming to understand the current state of practices in member companies.  In Q3, we will release a full report showcasing best practices as well as profiles of two companies that are ahead of the curve.

  • Knowledge management is a focus area for us.
