Description

The Managing Global R&D Networks working group sought to identify and communicate the best practices and experiences involved in building and operating global R&D networks to streamline the process of acquiring and assimilating knowledge from global endeavors. The group recognized there are multiple successful models for global innovation and are seeking a range of company sizes and markets to assemble a complete best practices picture.  The project created an important base of knowledge regarding what practices exist within IRI companies and what research exists externally to IRI.
