Sivan Zamir
Chief Innovation and Products Officer, Xylem
Sivan Zamir is Chief Innovation and Products Officer at Xylem, where she leads enterprise innovation, product strategy, R&D, engineering excellence, and product management. She also established Xylem Innovation Labs, the company’s corporate innovation and venture capital platform.
Sivan brings more than 20 years of experience across innovation, engineering, venture, and operations, including founding technology startups focused on industrial IoT and digital twins. She also serves on the Research and Industry Advisory Council for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Alliance for Water Innovation.
She holds a master’s degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley.
