Effective innovation measurement includes choosing the right metrics for the context, yes, but can also involve educating the C-suite, navigating multiple software systems, and mitigating unintended consequences. This webinar will highlight successes and cautionary tales from innovation leaders’ efforts to improve how they measure and report innovation performance at the project, portfolio, and/or organizational levels. There will be time for discussion, so bring questions—and 1 or 2 lessons you’ve learned about measuring innovation performance. If you’d like to submit in advance, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Commodore Innovation’s interactive webinar will draw on research, firsthand accounts from innovation leaders, as well as their own experience advising clients—they have focused exclusively on innovation measurement for large organizations since their founding in 2018. Co-founders Phil Watson and Adrienne Brown have designed measurement systems for Merck, Ball Aerospace, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
